CHIPS (Cosmic Hot Interstellar Plasma Spectrometer) is an American (NASA) astrophysics spacecraft that was launched by a Delta 2 rocket from Vandenberg AFB at 00:45 UT on 13 January 2003. The 60 kg, triaxially-stabilized spacecraft has a spectrograph covering the 9-26 nm wavelength band at a resolution of 0.1 nm, scanning the entire sky in chunks of 5 degree x 27 degree segments during each orbit. The targets are the hot and diffuse nebulae at about a million degrees temperature. The band covers several strong emission lines. ELON MUSK says Artificial Intelligence is biggest threat to Humans

Elon Musk, founder of Tesla Motors & Space X has once again warned humans about the threats of AI. The ongoing era of development of Artificial Intelligence to create humanoid robots is the hot topic of debate in the tech specialists these days.

The views are different as to how will AI change our future and help humanity. On one han there are Tech Giants like Mark Zuckerberg(CEO, Creator of Facebook) and Larry Page(Founder of Google).

 On the other hand there are critics like Elon Musk has spoken out against artificial intelligence (AI), declaring it the most serious threat to the survival of the human race and is even dangerous than a World War.

 Development of AI Technologies is on its top as all the Tech Giants seem to compete between them as to win a race of AI which may not have an end. AI (Artificial Intelligence) is posing serious threats to humanity on basis of the fact that:
One day it is possible that robots may gain consciousness too like humans.
The Machines may eventually replace humans forever.
Or else with Advancement in AI humans will be of no further use and the AI Machine will take over the command in their hands.

With development of AI humans may eventually may no more be humans else will be a humanoid.
“With artificial intelligence we are summoning the demon. In all those stories where there’s the guy with the pentagram and the holy water, it’s like – yeah, he’s sure he can control the demon. Doesn’t work out,” said Musk in an interview.

 However Elon also suggests that Keeping an  eye over whats going on may reduce the threat.
He says proactive regulation of artificial intelligence necessary because “by the time we are reactive in AI regulation, it’s too late”.

 A debate is triggered in wholeworld as to counter the possible threats of AI. But no one knows certain as to whats going to be the future of AI.  But certainly it can be both good and bad at the same time.
